 BG (Leader of 'acts on motivation') says Virtual agents are know to be appreciated by children. This phenomenon may be profitable in adults even if they have impaired social cognition. I would state that 1) motivation by play, 2) fear reduction would be the main way to help socially impaired patients enter into the complex, unpredictable, poorly systematized social world.
